2026 Astrophysics SMEX Announcements

  • 07/01/2026 – Added Orbital Collision Avoidance Plan (OCAP) Process Tools (item 25 under Program Specific Documents) in the APSMEX26 Program Library. The addition includes the OCAP Screening Form and Instructions, and the CARA OCAP Input Form, which are aids in communicating with the Conjunction Assessment Program Office when developing an OCAP.
