Potential proposers to the Heliophysics Small Explorers Announcement of Opportunity and Mission of Opportunity are encouraged to attend this Pre-Proposal Conference. Information will be presented by NASA officials.  Participants will have the opportunity to pose questions regarding the opportunity.				
			
 
			The Pre-Proposal Conference has been scheduled from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT/UCT-04:00) on Monday, August 15, 2016. The conference will be completely virtual.  Participation will be achieved via WebEx (video, muted audio, and text based questions) and teleconference (audio and verbal questions). Travel to attend the conference in person is not necessary because there is no physical facility for this conference. The agenda and participation information follow.
