2016 Heliophysics Small Explorer (SMEX) AO and MO

Solicitation - Amendment 1

 
The following changes are made to Section 3 of the Heliophysics 2016 SMEX AO.
 
The date of the Preproposal Conference has been changed to August 15, 2016. The deadline for the submission of a Notice of Intent (NOI) to propose has been changed to August 19, 2016. Please note the Deadline for Proposal Submission has not changed from October 14, 2016.
 
On or about July 20, 2016, this Amendment to the NASA Heliophysics 2016 SMEX AO will be posted on the NASA research opportunity web site http://nspires.nasaprs.com . More information about the Preproposal Conference will be posted on the Heliophysics Explorer Acquisition Homepage at http://explorers.larc.nasa.gov/HPSMEX.
